Important Notices

Monthly Customers: All MYWICHILDCARE EBT customers are monthly customers. Payments are due on the 1st day of the month for existing families, or on or before the child's start date for new families. NO REFUNDS AND NO EXCEPTIONS.

General Policy: Please remember that no fees will be reimbursed or credited for days missed, including for holiday vacations, bad weather, or termination of care. There will be no exceptions made. We are an enrollment-based center, and fees must be paid in full according to your schedule of enrollment.

Registration Fee

$125 per   family (due with enrollment package)

School Year Drop-In

$60

Late Payment Fee

$15 per week, per child — applicable when payment is not received on or before the due date

Parent Share

Due on or   before the 3rd of every month. NO EXCEPTIONS. Applies to MYWI EBT   cardholders.

Extended Day

$10 per hour   for care over 9 hours per day. Includes MYWI EBT cardholders.

Monthly Transportation Fee

$50 — School pickup/drop-off only, or home only, per family.
 $100 — Both home and school.

Chronic Lateness

$25 penalty   for being late more than twice in two weeks, in addition to the late pick-up   fee.

Late Pick-Up Fee

$15 for every   15 minutes late per child (1st time). FEES MUST BE PAID BEFORE CHILD CAN   RETURN.

Weekly Field Trips

Cost will   vary.

Refunds

NO REFUNDS ON ANY FEES.
